Meet Your Presenter:
Craig B. Simonsen is a senior litigation paralegal working with the Seyfarth Shaw Labor & Employment, Litigation, and Environmental, Safety & Toxic Torts Practice Groups. Mr. Simonsen has spoken on environmental law and internet legal resource topics at the Air & Waste Management Association’s (AWMA) 2008 through 2010 Annual Conferences, at the Solid Waste Association of North America's (SWANA) WasteCon 2008, at the American Industrial Hygiene Association's 2007 Conference and Exposition, and at the National Solid Wastes Management Association’s (NSWMA) WasteExpo 2007 Conference.

He has organized and presented webinars on environmental law topics for the SWANA, and has been a frequent speaker for the Lake Michigan States Section of the AWMA.  Mr. Simonsen is a frequent author and the administrator of the Environmental & Safety Law Update Blog, and is a contributing author for the Employment Law Lookout Blog. He is an author and managing editor of several books, including the Pearson Prentice Hall Legal Series titles
