Mariana Fradman has 17+ years of experience working as a real estate paralegal specializing in commercial real estate transactions involving
financial project development, acquisitions/sales, financing, mortgage lending, project development, strategic planning, financial restructuring,
foreclosure transactions and 1031 exchanges.

She negotiated with local and national counterparts for the production of client and deal-specific surveys, title policies and transactional documents
and assisted at closings (in-house and escrow) of large commercial and residential real estate. At the present time, Ms. Fradman is a member of
the NYCPA Executive Board of Directors where she serves as Immediate Past President and Advisor.
