Management: Designing Your Paralegal Career to Move Up the Invisible Ladder

Webinar approx. 60 min. (No CLE)
The paralegal career is often a horizontal reach out rather than a climb up a corporate ladder. The most you can do, in some firms, is to earn the title entry-level, mid-level or senior paralegal. Learn how to use lateral moves upward climbs, and other off-the-ladder opportunities for career catapults and avoid getting derailed or wander into Never Never Land doing routine and repetitious work for the rest of your career.

This webinar, taught by an expert in the field, will show you how to use the right communication, forms, and steps to move up an otherwise invisible career ladder. You'll return to your firm re-energized, inspired and ready to implement new techniques to push your career upward and outward.
