Loni is a career paralegal with a diverse, professional background in the areas of commercial litigation, US securities and corporate, personal injury, products liability, estate administration and planning, asbestos litigation, bankruptcy and foreclosure, insurance defense, entertainment, media, publishing, government, and international business.  Loni earned an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate from Suffolk University. She has served as a mentor to paralegal students at Suffolk University and South University in Savannah, Georgia through her coursework there and various online forums dedicated to paralegals.  Loni recently returned from the UK where she held a position in corporate securities with a top  ten London law firm.  
 
Kara Buzga, Paralegal Supervisor, Mayer Brown LLP. 
Kara Buzga has been a paralegal manager for over two decades. Kara has served on many professional associations including the International Paralegal Management Association (IPMA). In this capacity,  Kara served as Chapter Chair for the South Jersey Paralegal Association; Editorial Advisory Board member; Co-Chair to Membership Committee; Chaired the Resources Committee and served on the Paralegal Education Advisory Board.  Presently, Kara serves as an Advisory Board Member for the ABA approved, Paralegal Studies program, at Long Island University, CW Post Campus. 
 
Chere Estrin, CEO, Paralegal Knowledge Institute; President & Co-Founding Member, Organization of Legal Professionals (OLP).  From paralegal to paralegal manager of two major law firms, Chere is a master at leveraging her past legal experience.  One of the first to open a paralegal full-time and temporary staffing organization, she went on to sell the company to a $5 billion staffing company where she ran the legal division of 14 offices.

She was President of the Quorum/Estrin Litigation Support Staffing Organization where she was in charge of hundreds of legal professionals. Chere has written 10 books on legal careers and hundreds of articles.  She is the Editor-in-Chief of KNOW, The Magazine for Paralegals and for OLP eJournal emagazines.  Her blog, The Estrin Report, has entertained readers since 2005.  She has been interviewed by Newsweek, NY Times, Chicago Tribune and the Los Angeles Times.
 
Marnie Carter is an ERM Project Manager in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster LLP. She previously held the position of Manager of Litigation Operations and Information Management in the Commercial Legal Department of Gilead Sciences, Inc. Ms. Carter also functioned as Manager of Records and Information Management in this position. She has been employed in the legal profession for over twenty years with substantial experience in case project and discovery management and litigation. 

Marnie is the Western Regional Director for Women in e-Discovery and founding Co-Chair of the Silicon Valley Chapter of Women in e-Discovery, Board Member with the Steering Committee for the Silicon Valley Chapter of the Association of Litigation Support Professionals and an active member of the Bay Area Litigation Support Professionals. She is also an active member with the International Paralegal Management Association (IPMA) and the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA).
