Webinar approx. 60 min. (1 Hr. CLE)
A few years ago, a matter was deemed successful if you were able to win a case for your client. The more hours were billed the more money was made. Today, handling a successful matter is a balancing act of predictable pricing, a satisfactory outcome for the client and a profitable bottom line for the law firm.  This one-hour briefing is designed to help lawyers practice some of the basic approaches to legal project management (LPM) to discover
greater profitability and efficiency in the delivery of your firm’s legal services.

  •     Identify what LPM is and how it could be used in your firm
  •     Determine how leading law firms are embracing LPM to operate more effectively
  •     Examine how LPM can help you develop skills to gather valuable data and improve processes over time
