A veteran public records research professional, Kacy has been working in the industry since
1996. She began her career as a customer service representative specializing in UCC and corporate services for the lending and legal markets. Now, as UCC and Corporate Communication specialist for First Corporate Solutions, Inc., Kacy is an active writer, trainer and lecturer on UCC searching and filing, pre-funding due diligence and risk management.

Kacy has delivered educational seminars in partnership with several trade organizations including the California Bankers Association, International Factoring Association, Illinois Bankers Association and Commercial Finance Association and she has published articles in Illinois Banker magazine and the California Banker Resource Guide.
